Here you can enjoy daily our typical seafood specialties accompanied by fine Sicilian wines.  Our imaginative chef George will be pleased to welcome you with the daily specials.
The Oasis Riviera Restaurant is the center point of our hotel.  It has three large, air conditioned rooms that were recently renovated, which offer an excellent view of the sea.  The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and guests are embraced with pleasing aromas, true to our traditions and flavors of Sicily
Guests who use the hotel service (half or full board) enjoy their meals in the restaurant.

Sicilian desserts

All of our desserts, including Sicilian granite, tartufo, bianchi e neri, schiumoni and semifreddo of various flavors, are prepared daily following the local traditional methods, just as they once were prepared at home.
